Can I book last minute?

We aren't able to guarantee any last minute bookings. Our 24/48 hour cut-off time, allows us to maintain high quality services and clinical organization. However, our team will put it's maximum effort in planning a solution for your needs, if possible.

How can I pay?

We offer a large amount of payment solutions, allowing the choice of your preferred one.

Are the Tours available only in English?

Artura collaborates with certified guides that cover a vaste amount of languages. For specific requests, please send us a mail at least48 hours before experience start-time . The standard tours and bookings willbe hosted to be in English, if not earlier communicated.

What is the Cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy:
1) Free cancellation is available until 48 hours before the experience's booked Date and Time and is not adoptable in high season (May to September).
2) If the cancellation is requested after the above indicated time, a no refund policy is applied.
